Set four years after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Peter Parker lives a solitary life in New York. With his identity forgotten by everyone, including MJ and Ned, he throws himself entirely into working as a full-time, anonymous Spider-Man. This overwhelming pressure to protect the city sparks a dangerous, uncontrollable physical mutation within his body.
Desperate to understand his changing biology, he seeks help from Bruce Banner. However, their meeting is interrupted by the emergence of a powerful, unseen new threat that sets the Savage Hulk loose. Spider-Man must navigate this sudden metamorphosis while contending with both the Hulk and an invisible enemy targeting the city.
